Needs better reports

The interface for entering the activities start/stop time is what I was searching for. However, when it comes to tv reports, it has some points to improve. It lacks a daily summary report (how much time was spent on each activity at the end of the day, as well as the total spent time).

Not Worth $3

Not the best product for $3. Recieved emails are not organized or attractive. The information is jumbled up in an incoherent manner, not a professional format to send information to others, specifically clients. as below is how the info is displayed in an email "Name, Code, Comments, Currency Code, Rate, Days Elapsed, Hours Elapsed, Minutes Elapsed, Seconds Elapsed "Vera", "(null)", "", CAD, 18.000000, 0, 0, 46, 27" It may be great just as "personal" timing device, but I would not recommend it to any small business person. for use as a way of managing several accounts on the fly. needs some work.....

Needs to provide billing information per day, week and month. Reports need to be better structured as per previous review. Incorporate the above and it would be a useful application.

Very happy

Im surprised by the negative reviews. This program has suited my needs very well and is easy to use. Once a client file is created new sessions are east as a single button push. The adjustment and rounding features are helpful. Another fantastic feature is that the time continues as I use other apps and I can seamlessly return to the program. I went from times noted in margins and sticky notes to this and estimate the program has already saved me from loosing many billable hours. Re: the weird email format. It is sending a csv file within the message. If you paste of and save as csv this is actually ideal for using spreadsheets etc. There is a few things Id like to see (or if its in there get help figuring out how) - in the type section of would be nice to code a specific job and have that code auto adjust to preset job types and fee schedules. Its frustrating to always have to re-enter job type tags. - I have not had this situation but I anticipate having different rates for the same client based on the job type. It would be helpful to have more options to change within the clients file

This usable application

First application of time management, I began to actively use. The main things in this APP that i need: 1. Pause option in time counter 2. Export data in .csv format for ready-made database 3. User friendly start/stop mode for all projects on one window I an grateful to developers!

Average Timesheet

Nice app for timesheet but missing a few things. Include date and time so that how much time is spent on a project on any day is readily available instead of providing the total time only. I purchased this app to use it for my weekly timesheet at work but cannot use it as it is. It would be helpful if you can include a weekly view of how much time is spent on one project at different times on different days in the week.

Best of the lot

I kept waiting for igg software to make an iPhone version of their excellent iBiz time tracking software, but after emailing them found out they didnt have one in the works. So I read about and investigated every time tracking program I could find on iTunes and chose Easy TimeSheet. It does everything I need and is easy to use; the developers also plan to provide some additional export formats. Recommended.

Email needs work

I really like this app but I would love to be able to email it to my boss in a readable manner. There is just to much "stuff" and symbols and it looks completely unorganized when you send it. Otherwise on my iPod it works good-please work ok the email portion.

Great app!

This application does just what it says - enables you to keep multiple clocks on a variety of projects and send details over the internet for more detailed record-keeping. It is a simple, accurate, intuitive application that has made my record-keeping on several independent projects more accurate, and has made me money by helping me keep track of billable hours easily. An ideal ipod/iphone application for a great price.

Convenient

This app does what I was looking for in a timetracking app. I keep all work on different project in a spreadsheet and it was getting time consuming to switch to it everytime I had an email I had to respond to right then. This apps automatic stop and start of timers when switching tasks has made my life so easy. Also because i carry my iPhone just about everywhere, and do alot of email from there, I dont have to try and remember my time spent for next time I get to my old spreadsheet. The exporting function works well because I just email to myself and enter it in my spreadsheet. All I need now is for this app to sync with an OS X widget, so I can set up categories with a full keyboard.

Great app - simple and handy

This application does exactly what it promises. It gives you an easy way to keep track of your time. Would I like to have weekly/daily summaries and othe reports (like overlaps and breaks)? Sure, but I do not expect it for the money. Recommended!

Great

Im self employed with one employee, I use it to keep track of my running time on different projects. My employee uses it and emails me his hours, (Great update for the emailing feature) If your self employed and ever have more than a couple projects going HIGHLY RECOMENDED try the free one if your not sure, youll be back for the full one.

Best time-tracker for contractors/consultants?

Simple interface makes entering start and stop times a snap, which means youre far more likely to track time accurately. Easy to set up clients/projects, and easy to add comments if you need detail on what the time was spent doing. Built-in email client works as advertised, and newest version has customizable export. Favorite feature: hours/earned summary is right on the front page, so you can see how youre doing against budget, etc. Highly recommended.

Great Support

Very easy to use and setup. Plus if you do get stuck, support is quick to respond to SOS emails. Can be tailored to display the level of detail that your client or billing department requires. Would definitely recommend.

One active track at a time

This sort of like a stop watch w/ the ability to keep details. It is worth the $ because it keeps tabs on multiple Projs BUT it can only actively track one at a time. You cannot keep the clock running on more than one Proj @ a time.

Great Time Tracking App

I used the "FREE" app before I made this purchase. I like the app alot! Its easy to use, flexible, and has clean, clear design. I work on multiple project at one time and needed an EASY way to track the time I spend on each project. This app serves that purpose extremely well.
